Dear UHA Family,
In light of our situation with the Coronavirus, our annual Spring Fling event will be exclusively a virtual auction. Bidding dates have been moved to Monday, April 13th– Friday, April 17th. The auction will close at noon on the 17th. Parents and friends of UHA can check out and pick up items as soon as the bidding closes on Friday. We will also have pick up times Saturday. If for some reason we do not return to school by the 13th, we will deliver items or you can pick up when we return. You can register now and browse the items at uha.givesmart.com.
Spring Fling is our school’s single largest fundraiser of the year. We have some AMAZING items up for auction! Your support is very much appreciated.
If you purchased tickets to Spring Fling or Kid Fling, you can request a refund, or donate those proceeds to the school. For a refund, please contact Laura Cherry at email@example.com.
Also, the state gaming office has suspended all activity until further notice, so we have to cancel the Spring Fling raffle. If you have already sold tickets, please contact the people who purchased the tickets and refund their money. If you have already turned in your money to the front office, we will get the money back to you as soon as we can.
Finally, we thank you so much in advance for your support. While we wish we could gather in fellowship for a traditional Spring Fling event, this is a great opportunity to expand the reach of our efforts by making it easier for more people to participate. We will send reminders about bidding dates as we approach them.
