UHA’s student council presented a check for $600.00 to Joanna Mack, executive director of Grace and Mercy, an organization dedicated to empowering women in crisis. By providing spiritual and physical rehabilitation, this group helps women who are homeless or troubled reach self-sufficiency. The student council raised the money through various fundraisers throughout the school year.
