For over 30 years, University Heights Academy has strived to provide the best in college preparatory education in the Hopkinsville, Kentucky area. Our goal is to provide quality education for each of our students, both in and out of the classroom. You are welcome to visit our campus at any time and experience the positive, happy atmosphere that is evident throughout our building. University Heights Academy is a family of students, teachers and parents who are committed to offering an educational program of the highest quality in an environment of support and encouragement.

University Heights Academy is an independent, college preparatory school for students in pre-kindergarten through 12th grade. We offer many opportunities for our students to achieve academically and to participate in sports and other extracurricular activities that help develop the whole child. Our goal is to prepare students for success in college and success in life.

Our students are encouraged to be independent thinkers.They are not afraid to express their opinions and similarly, they listen as others express theirs. There is a mutual respect between teacher and student that encourages communication and promotes a feeling of security and belonging that is sometimes lacking in larger schools. Small class sizes enable teachers to provide students individualized attention by building on their strengths and addressing their weaknesses. They become familiar with the students interests and use those interests to motivate the students to want to learn more.
