Four 7th grade students from UHA have qualified for STATE RECOGNITION in the DUKE UNIVERSITY TALENT IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM.  These students are Kelsee Freeman, Brynn Greene, Deeya Patel, and Hemangi Patel.  They have earned this award by scoring at or above the national average of recent high school graduates on at least one part of the ACT or SAT.  They will be honored at a special recognition ceremony held later at a university in our state.

 

Kelsee Freeman and Taylor Rogers also qualified for the Academy for Summer Studies and Deeya Patel and Hemangi Patel qualified for the Center for Summer Studies.
